Think goat meat is tough or gamey? Think again! In this video, I share my secret beer marinade method that makes roasted goat legs so tender, they literally fall off the bone. I’ll also show you a crucial preparation step—how to remove the lymph nodes—to ensure there is absolutely NO unpleasant smell. This recipe creates a melt-in-your-mouth texture with a delicious, crispy roasted potato side dish. Perfect for a special family dinner! Ingredients 🛒: 2 Young goat legs (hind legs) 1 Lemon (juice) 1 Onion 4 Cloves of garlic Fresh Thyme and Rosemary 1 tsp Brown sugar 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Salt 1 Bottle of beer (11 oz) for the marinade For the Potatoes 🥔: 4 Potatoes Salt, Black pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika Dried Parsley and Dill 4 tbsp Olive oil Instructions 🗒️: Clean the meat and remove lymph nodes to avoid any gamey smell. Marinate overnight using the Ziploc bag method. Slow roast at 360ºF (180ºC). Add seasoned potatoes and finish roasting at 400ºF (200ºC).
