Cookbooks are great tools for individual recipes, but also for learning about different cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines. It has gotten to the point though where I have too many cookbooks I'm not using and need to do a declutter. This process is a bit of a trip down memory lane since this is the first time I've ever done a cookbook declutter. In this collection we have the first cookbook I ever got, my most recent cookbook purchase, and everything in between. The criteria I'm using to decide which cookbooks to keep and which to unhaul are: 1. Do I cook from this cookbook often? 2. Do I want to cook from this cookbook soon? 3. Is this cookbook special to me/does this cookbook have sentimental value? 4.
