So it's an easy task, but it's not a neat and clean finish. [Work done this time] The wheel surface of the tire was polished to some extent by using sander, impact, sandpaper, a flat-blade screwdriver, etc. to clean the peeled surface of the wheel and the part where the paint is likely to peel off. Next, lightly wipe the wheel surface with water and paint with the Holtz wheel color paint purchased this time. （Before painting, wash with a neutral detergent or degrease with silicone off before starting work.） When painting, I used cardboard and newspaper, and I was careful not to paint the tires as much as possible. However, I didn't mask it properly, so I often got it on the tires. (If you don't like the paint on the tires, mask it cleanly before painting.) This way, the wheel surface is pretty clean. Therefore, from the point of view of repair, I am personally satisfied with the result. If you want to paint beautifully, you can remove the tire from the wheel, polish all the paint on the surface, apply the base, and then paint it. If you apply clear etc. at the end, it will shine, so I think it is useful to purchase clear as well. When removing and installing tires, painting the wheels is quite difficult and I think it will take time.
