This exercise has helped me detach from my worry. Over time and with practice, I've learned that even if I worry, it doesn't mean the worry has power over me. It's okay to experience worry...just be easy on yourself and recognize that there is so much more to you than worrisome thoughts. Not only can this exercise be therapeutic, it's also meditative and can even be fun! Life should be fun...don't take any of this too seriously :) P.S. I love circles!
