Fourth attempt, with many many many many improvements again. Complete construction is minimum of two times beefier, only original parts are bearing mountings, everything else is heavily modified. Motor is still little bit issue, next level electric motor is so huge and dangerous. Main shaft should run 3.6 turns in one minute, if motor type plate states correct rpm, chain drive is 10:1 Once more I have to dismantle all to pieces, just to verify everything is as it should. Next known modification is heavy duty frame, old 3mm thick frame "walks" over table when shredder does heavy operations. Basic mini shredder plans can be found from grabcad using search, this is heavily modified version. This was originally derivation from FilaMaker mini shredder design.
