In today's video I have shared pinching and Kneading techniques, which will help to strengthen and tone the muscles around the mouth (Orbicularis oris), to make lips more fuller, bigger and voluminous by increasing microcirculation. Gently pinch your lips between your thumb and index finger, starting from the corners of your mouth and moving towards the center. Repeat this motion for about 10-20 seconds. Try pinching and gently pulling lips outwards, which can further stimulate blood flow. Be sure to be gentle and avoid excessive pressure, as this can cause irritation or discomfort.
