Australian Catholic University (ACU) Occupational Therapy Students, Kyla Tucker and Blake Greuter, discuss the findings for their project looking at consumers transitioning out of research projects such as CP-Achieve. Kyla and Blake discuss their literature review, findings from CP-Achieve consumer consultations and the transitional process recommended for a smooth and easy transition for consumers. Blake is in his 4th year of study at ACU as an Occupational Therapist. He was inspired to become an Occupational Therapist after working as a swimming instructor for children with disabilities and working closely with many families over 4 years. Kyla is also in her 4th year of study at ACU as an Occupational Therapist. She was inspired to become an Occupational Therapist after being a consumer herself combined with her love of helping others. This session was recorded as part of the CP-Achieve webinar series and recorded on 16 October 2024. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Disclaimer: This seminar recording is provided for educational purposes only, with permission from presenters.
