Every year, World Metrology Day is observed on May 20 across the globe. In 2023, INRiM, in its role as the Italian Metrological Institute, organizes the webinar "Measurements supporting the global food system", with the aim of present some of the most prominent activities in Europe related to the measurements in the area of food.
