My A1 was clicking, especially at the start of a print. The first few layers of print were really crap. I was getting frustrated and I couldn't find a solution! Many vids seem to indicate that the clicking noise I was experiencing with my Bambu Labs A1 printer was a small bit of filament stuck in the machine.... and it could be that, so still check it. Only in my case it wasn't that at all. A big shoutout to lubidesign3d for their youtube short on the screws that need to be tightened. • Fixing first layer issues on the A1 mini #... Bambu also has a wiki on removing the whole part, thought you don't need to do all the steps... just remove the nozzle and it’s three screws, to get to the back of the part to check the 4 hidden screws that need to be tightened. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1-mini/... In my case when I undid it two screws fell right out onto the build plate and another screw was really loose! So there was really only one screw tight. Will definitely be checking from now on when doing printer maintenance!
