Bras During Period: can´t wear bra can´t go braless

Ya´ll know what I´m talkin bout: your boobs hurt. Bras are not comfy. My solution (as I have big boobs) can´t be go braless, is to wear a tight bodysuit (bikbok have some cute ones!) with a tight yoga top over that, for support! Very comfy, yet gives lots of support, without bra straps digging in. And try to keep warm, wear layers, especially in winter. It´s so cold here today! wearing layers of thin wool-silk thermals, thick hoodie under a sweater, with thick down ski jacket outside. I think being "snuggled" up in my warm clothing during winter is nice during my period. *Nike, BikBok have nice bodysuits. You can also use a thin tight one-piece swimsuit (solid black for instance is my option sometimes), works great too:)
