The mill in Ohaba is the oldest traditional mill in the Land of Fagaras and still works. Near the mill is a small boarding house arranged in traditional style and bearing the name "Mill with Cheers". The mill was built in 1873. The reason that this mill has not disappeared like many others has an explanation: it was and always remained in family ownership. In the difficult years of collectivization (completed in 1962), their ancestor was declared kulak and pressed, but he did not give up. Even after two years spent in prison, the mill remained in the family property. The mill was included in the Mills European Circuit. Although old and seemingly primitive, the mill is complex.
