"The chains are broken, but are you truly free?" ~*~*~*~ Finally, I've finished up the more complicated project I've been working on. Since I did a Lilium video for Dragon Age: Origins, I thought I'd do a Lilium video for Dragon Age 2 as well. Fenris was my favorite character in the game and I loved watching him develop throughout the course of it, so it only seemed fitting that if I was going to make another DA2 video, that it be for him and (a rivalmanced) Hawke. This is a video chronicling Fenris' struggles with his past and inner demons, his yearning for freedom from the former master who continues to hunt him, and his at times-tumultuous, but passionate relationship with the last type of person who he expected to fall in love with. Fenris never thought that he'd have any feelings for a mage that weren't those of hate; after all, magic has done nothing for him but caused him pain. Yet despite not always seeing eye to eye, Hawke is just the sort of person that Fenris needs in his life: someone who has his back, loves him faults, tragic past, and all, and brings light into a world that's all too often plagued by darkness. ~*~*~*~ Notes: **Fenris' flashback at about :56 in is supposed to be a reference to the lyrium branding; I did my best as it was obviously not in the game. **Lots of other people have mixed different versions of Lilium together, and for this video I followed in their shoes and did something similar by combining the Moka, Saint, and some parts of the Original version of Lilium. By no means a new or radical idea, but I wanted a version that fit for my purposes. =) **I do apologize for the weird glitch at around 2:06...
