Today I am making Bakra Eid Special Dawat Recipes. Must try this yummy recipe and share your feedback in the comment section. (1) Maghaz Masala Recipe: Ingredients_: . Beef Brain = 1 or Mutton Brain = 4 .Onion = 1 large or , you can take 2 small onion , ( finely chop) .Tomatoes = 2 medium ( fine chop) .Garlic paste = 1-1/2 tbsp .Ginger paste = 1- 1/2 tbsp .White cumin seeds = 2 tsp (crushed) .Garam masala powder = 1-1/2 tsp .Red chilli powder = 1 tsp or to taste .Crushed red chilli = 1 tsp .Black pepper powder = 1 tsp .Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp .Coriander powder = 2 tsp .Salt = 1 tsp or to taste .Green chillies = 3 - 4 ( Remove the seeds of chillies and cut into diagonal ) .Ginger = 2 inch pieces ( Julienne cut ) . Fresh coriander = 1/2 bunch ( fine chop ) .Turmeric powder = 1 tsp .Oil = 1/2 cup (2)Kata Kat Recipe : Ingredients _: .Bakray ka maghaz (Mutton brain) = 1 piece (washed & deveined) .Dil (Mutton heart) = 1 piece washed & cleaned (cut into small pieces) .Gurday (Mutton kidneys) = 4 pieces , (cut into small pieces) .Tomatoes = 3 ( fine chop) .Yogurt = 1/2 cup .Ginger paste = 2 tbsp .Garlic paste = 2 tbsp .White cumin seeds = 2 tsp ( roasted and crushed) .Black pepper = 2 tsp ( roasted and crushed) .Garam masala powder = 1-1/2 tsp .Red chilli powder = 1 tsp .Crushed red chilli = 1 tsp .Turmeric powder = 1 tsp .Coriander powder = 2 tsp .Salt = 1 tsp .Fresh coriander = 1/2 bunch ( finely chop) (3) Tawa Fry Kaleji Recipe Ingredients : .Beef Kaleji = 1/2 kg ( cut into small pieces / around 1 or 1-1/2 inch pieces) .Small green chillies = 10 - 12 .Garlic cloves = 15 - 20 .Fresh coriander = 1/2 bunch (Grinds these ingredients with 1/4 cup of water , and make a fine paste) .Salt = 1-1/2 tsp .Turmeric powder = 1/2 tsp .Red chilli powder = 1 tsp .Crushed red chilli =1 tsp .Whole coriander seeds = 1-1/2 tbsp (crushed ) .White cumin seeds = 1- 1/2 tbsp ( crushed) .Black pepper = 2 tsp ( crushed) .Ginger paste = 2 tbsp .Lemon juice = 1 .
