In this presentation, we'll delve into the prime methodologies, clever techniques, and ethical considerations for designers within the preliminary phase of the double diamond model: the Discovery phase. Drawing from my experiences as a Design Anthropologist and Strategist, I'll demonstrate how to effectively employ technology for strategizing, executing, and scrutinizing findings during the Discovery phase. The topic will also extend to vital ethical topics like bias, fairness, transparency, and safeguarding privacy and data.
