A música é separada da energia. Mesmo em silêncio, continuas a receber. Podes fazer outras coisas durante a sessão, ou podes simplesmente fechar os olhos e relaxar. É normal sentir formigueiro, calor, frio ou outras sensações. Ou não sentir nada. These are the 7 main chakras in the body and the 5 transpersonal chakras. The energy will work on what is best for each of you. Please note, if you feel it too strong for you, just try using it 2 or 3m at a time.🤗💚🌻🌈🙏 Thank you!. To receive it, all you need to do is press play and let the energy flow. The music is separated from the energy. Even muted, you continue to receive. You can do other things during the session, or you can just close your eyes and relax.  It's normal to feel tingling, heat, cold or other sensations. Or not to feel anything.
