Built in 1916, the Trolley Building once stored the city’s trolley streetcars. Nieber Development, Echo Architecture and the new and existing tenants of the historic venue worked together to restore the space preserving as much of the original material as possible. With $8 million in investment, the Trolley Block is now the anchor of Downtown's New South End. Home to Atomic Provisions' Denver Biscuit Company, Atomic Cowboy, Fat Sully's Pizza, Frozen Gold, Dos Santos Tacos, Cork & Cask, The Exchange, Streetcar 520, REST Float Solutions and opening soon ---- Pikes Peak Brewing.
