Recipe is below: Steamed Glutinous Rice Cake 2 cups glutinous rice flour 1 1/2 to 2 cups water 1/4 cup dried shrimp 1/2 cup ground pork or diced lean pork 1 Chinese sausage, diced 1/2 cup chopped green onions Step 1: Soak a 1/3 cup dried shrimp in cold water for 1 hour. Use 1/2 cup ground pork or chop 1/2 cup lean pork into small pieces. Chop Chinese sausage into small pieces. Preheat a pan a medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Add dried shrimp, pork and Chinese sausage. Add a dash of soy sauce. You can also add 1 tablespoon of your favorite Chinese sauce, such as Chinese oyster sauce or hoisin sauce. Stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove topping from the pan and let cool off. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups glutinous rice flour. Gradually a 1 1/2 to 2 cups water. Mix well with chopsticks or a fork. Pour batter mixture into a pie plate or tray. Spread topping evenly over batter mixture. Step 3: Bring a pan of water to a boil. Put tray in and cover with a lid. Steam for 25 to 30 minutes. At the 15 minute mark, check with chopsticks or a fork to see if the batter has cooked through. Add chopped green onions evenly. Cover with the lid again. Steam for a final 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
