Today, I'm sharing a cherished family recipe: my aunt's mayonnaise biscuits. This easy biscuit recipe creates tender, homemade biscuits, perfect for any meal. Recipe: 2 C flour 1/3 C mayonnaise 1 Tbs sugar 1 Tbs melted butter Mix all ingredients. If too wet or sticky add about 1/4 C more flour. Pinch off about 2.5 to 3 inch balls and roll in flour dusted hands adding flour as needed to get desired consistency. Bake at 450 degrees for about 15 min. Take out of oven and brush melted butter on. Put back in for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until desired brownness.
