Have you seen those "near infrared sauna dangers" articles being tossed around by sauna salespeople? You probably don't know, but they work at a company that offers something else, so they come up with these hit pieces to discredit their competitors instead of just telling you the truth about the saunas. A Clearlight Sanctuary does not have dangerous near infrared like some sauna companies would like you to believe. This is total nonsense, and nothing related to welding equipment, pubmed glass blowing studies, and anything similar is in these. Now some other brands on the market to have a different style patio heater in the side walls, which is really close to you face. You may want to be careful of those. But these are totally safe, as you can see in the video. Still not getting red light therapy from any of these however, but that's another topic altogether.
