I got bored and wanted to have a look at how Ladybird, the fully independent, fully open source web browser endorsed by Louis Rossmann is beginning to take shape. There is plenty of work left to go. Just how much is there left to be done? That's what this video is for. The build you are looking at is over a week old. Anything that is missing or broken should be added or patched by the time the Ladybird web browser is released as a public beta, which will be the point in its development the team will seek public testing and feedback. Ladybird is currently in pre-alpha phase. If anyone has experience developing web browsers and wants to contribute to the project, feel free to clone the repository here and make pull requests for squashing bugs and making fixes. https://github.com/LadybirdBrowser/la... For everyone else, you can find news and updates on the development of Ladybird and become a baby loon on its back by getting the latest news on it here https://ladybird.org/#news and you can donate here if you value technology made by and for users like you! https://donorbox.org/ladybird Thank you! Ladybird is the first browser that will be built from scratch since Chrome was launched by Google and its open-source counterpart, Chromium. Unlike it or Firefox, which is still mostly funded by Google, Ladybird is fully independent and is funded entirely by donors similar to MPR and PBS. Yeah, that wasn't a typo; you can tell in my voice where I live now. and as always, subscribe if you like and share if you care!
