The VL300 produces an impressive amount of daylight balanced light while only consuming around 300 watts of power. You can power it via AC mains or with 2 v-mount cinema batteries. It also has a Bowens mount which accepts soft boxes, barn doors, reflectors, snoots, fresnel lenses, and even spotlight lenses from 3rd party manufacturers.
