A year after his death, Isaiah Trammell's mother and sister speak out publicly for the first time

The mother and sister of Isaiah Trammell spoke out publicly for the first time at the Montgomery County Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, June 25. Trammell was the 19-year-old with autism who died last year after an incident in the Montgomery County Jail. The video of his last moments has sparked a recent call to action. Three weeks ago, Dayton 24/7 Now shared the video of Trammell’s last moments in the jail for the first time. Since then, the Montgomery County Jail Coalition, an advocacy organization has teamed up with Trammell's family and both are now pleading for action.
