Go down the stairs, recruit four soldiers order them to kill the soldiers while taking cover behind the boxes. There are two soldiers on the building to the right of where you came from (the helipad building), they might be kind of hard to see at first. Go to the right and anter the building leading to the helipad (watch out for some enemy soldiers that might enter the building and easily take out you and your team). Kill some of the enemies at the helipad area from the window and then order your team to check for enemy soviets. Plant the C4 then go back. You can kill a soldier using a machine gun as seen at 03:33, this makes progressing easier for you and your team. Enter the building (seen at 04:02). There is a bazooka at the rooftop, use it to kill the soviets from far away. There will be a sewer entrance with two rebel soldiers behind the building you're on. Quick save in that area.
