Making Healthy Choices - please ask for help and support!

The Making Every Contact Count (MECC) team, in conjunction with freelance filmmaker Bill Newsinger, has produced this film for members of the public entitled Making Healthy Choices. The film aims to complement the MECC referral system by encouraging the public to ask for help and support to make healthy lifestyle changes. Making healthy choices is four minutes long and is suitable to be shown in any places where people may be waiting, as it has subtitles and doesn't necessarily require sound. It is available on DVD or in file format on a memory stick and is free within Leicestershire and Rutland (a small charge applies outside of these counties).
