In this tutorial video I'll show you how to crochet a cute candy cane cozy. This decoration is great for Christmas as well as helps protect your candy canes! Hi I'm Donna Wolfe from Naztazia. This crochet candy cane cozy is fast and easy to make. You'll first make a starting chain of 38 or any even number. Then you'll make a row of a single crochet followed by a chain 2. After that, you'll put an edging consisting of a single crochet, chain 3, and a single crochet stitch. Weave in the candy cane and you have yourself a cute little cozy! You can use any type of worsted weight yarn that you like, such as acrylic, cotton, and wool. I'm using a size F 3.75 mm crochet hook for my cozy. Feel free to use a G 4 mm crochet hook if the smaller size is a bit too small for you.
