And, as a result of the pandemic, we saw new needs emerge, including more and more people struggling with food insecurity. We’ve continued to rise to meet the needs of the community while, at the same time, like all nonprofits, our fundraising has declined dramatically. We are fortunate at this crisis moment dozens of the Center’s amazing friends from the entertainment world are coming together to reach out to those who can help make a difference in the lives of thousands of LGBTQ people.” Presented by The Ariadne Getty Foundation and co-hosted by Emmy Award-winning actor and former member of the Center’s Board of Directors Jane Lynch and KTLA News Anchor Cher Calvin, the incredible two-hour primetime fundraising show included appearances and performances by a roster of A-list entertainers.
