They’ve apologised and confirmed that they are: • Reviewing their accessibility procedures, including staff training and awareness • Carrying out a full audit of accessible rooms to make sure layout and facilities are practical and user friendly • Updating information online for clarity and transparency for future guests They’ve also arranged a refund for my recent stay as a gesture of goodwill.
