Trust me, I don't think just practicing the same thing every time is a good learning psychology, but I also think that at a certain point it becomes difficult for anyone outside the process to recognize what is different without having spent the extremely high amount of time working on the thing. To me, it is not the same. It is still different every time because what I am focusing on are things like nail attack angle and degrees of forearm rotation and what angle to best hold the guitar at. These are extremely tiny details, but that's where I'm at with this process. Every time I pick up the instrument I am looking to learn something from these three pieces. To me, that is what makes the difference.... My record "Thank You, Guitar," has been repressed by the label! You can grab a copy of the LP (with the locked groove at the end of side 1 so the song "Infinite Shred" is truly infinite!) here: https://cyruspireh.bandcamp.com/album... ---------------------- Please consider buying a Thank You, Guitar pedal made by me! https://4gre.org/pedal/ Also made by me, the 4GRE Amp: https://4gre.org/amp/ If you really enjoy ESQUIRE content, you're welcome to support me and my channel with a small donation via PayPal: https://paypal.me/cyruspireh ---------------------- I'm playing the 9-String Esquire into a Boss DD5 into a 9V adapter powered Thank You, Guitar pedal into the Ampeg 810. Left channel audio is coming from the 810 mic'd with the EV RE20 into an in-line compressor and the right channel audio is the output of the Thank You, Guitar pedal into a JDI direct box into a hardware limiter into the camera. Thank you so much for accompanying me on my daily practice for 03/11/2026.
