LED lamp parts are placed as basic lighting elements. **00:10 – 00:30 **Stage 2: Backlight Module Assembly LED strips are drawn and placed. Diffusion layers and reflectors are added. Middle frame and front frame are assembled. **00:30 – 00:50 **Stage 3: Frame Locking & Layering Middle frame is locked into place. Supporting frames and diffusion layers are secured. Panel is prepared for the next stage. **00:50 – 01:10 **Stage 4: OC (Open Cell) Placement Remove protective film from the OC (electro crystal). Place OC into the frame using a holder. Remove protector from anti-glare glass. **01:10 – 01:30 **Stage 5: Touch Frame Installation Install infrared touch frame (middle frame with touch sensors). Ensure alignment with display and glass. **01:30 – 01:50 **Stage 6: Power & Connectivity Setup Install power board. Connect antennas for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Connect interfaces from the motherboard. Customized services/options are added here. **01:50 – 02:00 **Stage 7: Final Assembly & Testing Secure the unit onto a fixture/classifier. Move to the *testing area* (located outside the assembly line). Final function and quality checks.
