A little Note on this video: Before you all get crazy have it be known that I am fully aware that I completely butcher Marcoveldo's name in this video. If I ever meet him I will apologize and with a name like Leandro I'm used to it too. Tutorial Starts at 0:37 The Chartreuse Swizzle was created by San Francisco bartender Marcovaldo Dionysos in 2002, when he entered a local Chartreuse sponsored competition. This one became a true modern classic after Dionysos started working at the Clock bar and the Chef there Michael Mina began talking the cocktail up in interviews. This one isn't as widespread as it should be, so it has found a home here, and I will follow up with another video soon where I correct my terrible pronunciation of Marcovaldo's name (or just get it right next time).
