Fired up the my most cherished of my grills today and did up some 3-2-1 St. Louis Style Ribs! That's right the Rec Tec Mini or I should say the Tom Horsman modified Rec Tec Mini(RT-300) got its turn today! The Sucklebusters Rub combo on these ribs was absolutely killer and I'll for sure be using them again! The Rec Teq performed flawlessly and I highly recommend the product! On a side note the mini model does not come with a chimney stack....that was a Tom Horsman Mod! I spritzed with a 50/50 mix of apple juice and water after the first 2 hours. I spritzed a total of 3 times 4. Double Layer aluminum foil 5. Add rub and a little bbq sauce to foil, place ribs meat side down, wrap ribs and place back on smoker meat side down for another 2 hours 6. Take out of foil and place back on grill for 1 hour and add your sauce 7. Pull off grill and let rest for 10 minutes 8. Slice and enjoy
