Recipe: Prepping 🔪 Grind these Following Meats or Chop Minced 👇🏻 1 Lbs of Ground Pork 1 Lbs and 8 oz of Minced Pork Belly Minced all of these ingredients below 👇🏻🔪 1.6 oz of minced Lemongrass 3.8 oz chopped scallions 2.5 oz of chopped shallots 7.5 oz of minced yellow onions 4.0 oz of minced garlic Ingredients 👇🏻 3 Tbsp and 1 Tsp of Sugar 1 Cup of Oyster Sauce 4 Tsp of Chicken Bouillon 2 Tsp of Garlic Powder 2 Tbsp and 2 Tsp of MSG 3 Tbsp of Fish Sauce 1 Tsp of White Pepper 1/4 Tsp of Black Pepper 0.7 oz of Kaffir Lime Leafs 0.3 oz of Dried Chilies 1 Tsp of Cornstarch (my secret 🤫 recipe) 1/2 Tsp of Baking Soda (my secret 🤫 recipe) 1 Bag of Hog Sausage Casing (soak in water) Air Fry at 375 for 28-30 Mins depending on the Size of your Air Fryer. Can be Baked or Deep Fried as well. Instructions 📝 1. Soak Sausage Casing. 2. Blend and Ground Pork Belly to Minced Size Pieces. 3. Place all of your Meat in a Mixing Bowl. 4. Season with Minced Herbs, and Sauces (Listed Above). 5. Combine and Mix Well. 5. Cover with Plastic Wrap. Marinate in Fridge for 1-2 Hours. 6. Wash, Rinse, and Clean Sausage Casings Thoroughly in Water. 7. Open the Tip and Run Water through for a Couple of time. 8. Open Casing Tip and Insert into the Sausage Maker Tunnel. 9. Roll Casing all the way back. 10. Place Mixture in the Sausage Maker. Press Down Slowly with the Presser. 11. Fill Mixture Completely in the Casing. 12. Stop when you get your Desired Amount. 13. Tie a Knot at the end of Casing. 14. Air Fry at 375 at 28-30 Mins. Or Deep Fry or Bake. 15. Vacuum Seal, or Place in Freezer Bag. Enjoy this whenever. #laofood #thaifood #khmerfood
