Crispy Corn Ingredients:- Sweet Corn - 2 Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup Corn starch- 2 tsp Maida - 1 tsp Crushed pepper- 1/4 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Blanch the sweet corn in hot water with some salt. Spread the blanched corn on a plate. Now transfer the corn into a bowl, add crushed pepper, salt, corn starch, maida & toss it well. Deep fry in medium hot oil till the bubbles reduce. Remove the corn onto a paper napkin & keep aside. For south Indian Tadka Ingredients:- Red chillies- 3 Ginger- 1 tsp Garlic- 2 tsp Green chillies- 2 tsp Onion - 2 tsp Curry leaves- 2 sprigs Flavouring salt - pinch Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp Crushed pepper- 1/4 tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Lemon - 1/2 In a pan add oil, red chilli, ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion, curry leaves & temper it. Add fried corn, add chilli powder, flavouring salt, crushed pepper, salt & toss it. Serve it with fresh coriander & lemon wedges. #powerchef #pranav
