Winter can be a very dark time for a lot of people. The boundless cold, the dark, snowy days. I often think of the hardships ancient people faced during winter. The people who had to hunt for food and struggle to stay warm in freezing conditions. This is the type of imagery I was going for when I wrote this song. But even though it's based on that idea, it's still just as much a figurative story. This song is going to be part of a bigger project (hopefully coming very soon!!) that I won't give very many details on....mainly because it's just so early lol but I hope you guys like the song!!!
