Messy Delicious: Maxing Out a Decent Espresso Machine

The YEET profile is grinding fine enough to build 7-8 bar of pressure, but coarse enough to never activate the over pressure valve (OPV) of your espresso machine. On a decent, it also means not hitting any pre-programmed flow or pressure limits. For those of you with pump machines already pulling shots in the ~15s range, you are already pulling this style of shot. This profile works best with lighter roasted wash coffees where it accentuates fruit and floral notes, leaving behind darker bitterness and chocolate tones in the puck.
