The command from the universe to all human beings is, “create or perish, reform or remain stagnant, or regress”. Therefore, by obeying this commandment, humans have created things, evolved over the ages, and will continue to do so. In the same way, those who remain ignorant of the law, too, have only regressed or been dragged along by those who are progressing, but with pain and suffering. Wherever you go, you will see this play out in people's lives. Those reforming their systems and creations are progressing, while those who are not are at a standstill or going backwards, in pain and suffering. Land ownership has been the leading cause of conflicts throughout human history. The greatest wars and protracted conflicts arose from land ownership. Today, in our current times in Ghana and Africa, land ownership is the leading cause of counterfeit business, killings and litigations. Leaders in other parts of the world took bold and pragmatic measures to prevent this. However, successive governments in Ghana and across Africa are only looking on aloof. Everything under our great sun is under the power of the laws of evolution. All things are always calling for change. Natural things reset themselves in obedience to this almighty law. The apparent natural disasters, epidemics, and other phenomena, though they appear cruel and dangerous, are evidence that nature is resetting things according to the laws of evolution. According to scientific evidence, the human body renews itself every 11 months. Nothing is at a standstill. Anything that attempts to go against this law perishes. Human-created systems and other creations, too, are not exempt. Still, humans, as the incarnations of the creator, must deliberately evolve their systems or risk creating adverse conditions within them. Throughout human history, humanity has evolved from one stage to another. All human beings once lived in caves, but as they evolved, they had to abandon caves for a higher level of abode. Recent creations, such as automobiles, have evolved from simple moving objects to sophisticated cars that drive themselves. So it is with our traditions and systems. The ownership and control of land have also evolved in other parts of the world, thereby eliminating the disadvantage of ownership by traditional and local leaders. In the interests of Ghana’s development and the need for high-quality standards of living. There is a need to take over all lands from traditional rulers and place them under the central government. This will eliminate the rampant, violent litigation over land and lead to uniform control and development of land in cities, towns, and villages.
