Welcome back to another episode of our Pro vs Pro series! In today’s video, we take on Sahith Theegala, in an 18 hole 1v1 Stroke Play Match at Panther National. This was quite the match as we both took on the 7,900 yard JT Tees at Panther National, with winds blowing 30mph and gusting 45mph+. Sahith is a good friend of mine, it has been great to watch him move through the professional golf ranks to now a PGA Tour Winner and one of the brightest young talents on Tour. Sahith attended Pepperdine University, where he was a 3-time All-American, Winner of the Haskins Award, Ben Hogan Award and Jack Nicklaus Award. Sweeping the top national honors for college golf, he was only the 5th golfer ever to achieve all 3 in the same year. He then graduated in 2020, turned pro and played on the Korn Ferry tour for a roughly one season before he earned his PGA Tour card.
