The lens has little bit of weight, but for the image quality you get. That is totally fine. Speaking of image quality, this lens is crazy sharp even at wide open. You do not need to stop it down to get sharper image. And the auto focus is very responsive. I did not have any hunting during my review. Over all I was very happy with the lens. It was really fun to use. And I gotta say, I’m really impressed with Viltrox, I don’t know how they can release a new lens all the time. I feel like they always have a new announcement every month.
