He earned his Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Manitoba in 1997, where he began his Athletic Therapy internship. He became a certified Athletic Therapist in 2000 and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist the following year. Dr. Notley has worked with athletes at provincial, national, and international levels, as well as with the general public, helping individuals recover from injuries and improve physical function. He also spent five years as an anatomy instructor at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy, sharing his knowledge with future healthcare professionals. After working in multidisciplinary clinics in and around Winnipeg, Dr. Notley decided to expand his skill set to provide more comprehensive care. In 2005, he began his Doctor of Chiropractic studies at Northwestern Health Sciences University, graduating summa cum laude in 2008. He has since continued his professional development by training in Active Release Technique (ART), earning certification in acupuncture, and becoming qualified to teach hardstyle kettlebell training. With a multidisciplinary approach, Dr. Notley focuses on providing individualized care to help patients manage pain, recover from injuries, and maintain long-term well-being. He conducts thorough assessments, explains conditions clearly, and offers honest guidance—whether through treatment or by referring patients to the appropriate resources.
