The property was then inherited by a prominent doctor who raised his family here, adding to the fascinating array of contents that remains within these old walls to this day… As we venture down dark corridors, past the gazing eyes of generations gone by, we find their private chapel, adorned with immense attention to detail. A combination of the two interesting inhabitants has created a captivating museum, allowing us to peer back in time and see how these wealthy families once lived, so many years ago.
