Afterwards you can see me at my kanpō teacher's clinic and medicinal restaurant. Japan has a long tradition of something called "yakuzen" which roughly translates to medicinal cuisine. My teacher Hiroko-sensei is a world-class physician who spends 3+ hours on customized multi-course gourmet meals for her patients based on their medical and innate, constitutional needs.
