As you may have heard, yesterday Allergan has voluntarily recalled BIOCELL Textured Breast Implants and Tissue Expanders across markets. Their global action follows notification of information from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and a specific request for Allergan to voluntarily recall certain breast implants and tissue expanders from the market due to the risk of BIA-ALCL.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ The recall only applies to BIOCELL and not to MICROCELL Breast Implants or Tissue Expanders.
