Welcome to my channel!! I'm so glad you're here! I hope you find this to be a place of support, hope, encouragement and help! As a wife, mom, RN and just person living with chronic pain and illness for the past 10 years on a continuous basis, &16 years total, I have learned many valuable tips & lessons. I hope in sharing my journey you'll find this to be a positive place you can come to receive the community we so desperately need when living with these challenges. I have been diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Chronic migraines, Atlantoaxial Instability, Cranio-cervical Instability, Occipital Neuralgia, TMJ/TMD, POTS, Dysautonomia, C2 nerve root compression, nerve entrapment, SI joint dysfunction, Tendinitis, Carpal Tunnel, Peripheral Neuropathy, Trochanteric Bursitis, PLMD, RLS & Insomnia. I will be sharing my journey with each of these conditions and hope to raise awareness for rare conditions! I'll also be discussing matters that affect all of us who are living with chronic pain/illness. Thank you for being here!
