Kaṇada also says that here are 4 kinds of Aṇu corresponding to the 4 mahābhutas of Prithvi, Jala, Agni and Vayu - 2 have mass, and 2 do not have mass - corresponds precisely to the modern physics. He predicts that the crisis of physics that forces it to assume 95% of dark matter and dark energy can be overcome only by researching the Vaisheshika Sutras of Kaṇāda. Subhash Kak is with Sanjay Dixit to discuss the origins of physics in India, and by extension, in the world.
