Thornborough Henges in Yorkshire are part of a Neolithic to Bronze Age ceremonial complex and mirror the stars of Orion's Belt, much like the Pyramids of Giza. they were once covered in white gypsum and chalk so would have once been three massive white raised rings in ancient times. The site has been under threat from Tarmac industrial works close by, with English Heritage now custodians of the land.
