Apartment hunting in #ChiangMai, Thailand! We looked at 10 different ONE BEDROOM apartments and condos to find our perfect apartment for the next few months. There are no studio condos/apartments in this video. The places we look at in this video are around the Nimman Road area in Chiang Mai. #ChiangMaiApartment #ChiangMaiCondo This video includes one month rental prices, electricity and water cost breakdowns and shows the amenities included with each place, along with a map of each location. Our rental budget was ideally ฿ 15,000 baht ($455 USD) per month split between the two of us. In this video, we look at apartments with monthly rental prices ranging from ฿12,000 - ฿20,000 baht ($365 - $605 USD) per month. *Please Note: All prices in this video are based on the advertised "Busy Season Prices" for October 2018 - March 2019. This means the rental prices are typically higher than if you were to rent for one month during the off season (April-September); however, all prices are usually negotiable.
