In this video, Itir will navigate the main dashboard to locate and view incident alerts, manage file sharing permissions, and control the use of third-party apps by users. The main dashboard will display drilled down incident alerts, which are categorized by data leakage incidents, login incidents, and other incidents such as third-party app activity. This gives customers the visibility and behavior monitoring to quickly reveal compromised accounts. Customers also have the ability to customize reports and automate policy enforcement, and filter for suspicious login alerts by user, app, and location. These alerts include logins from suspicious IP addresses, too-fast-to travel incidents or excessive logins that display non-human behavior. Oversharing of sensitive data is further exasperated in the cloud, and file sharing properties become a security concern. Find out how the Proofpoint CASB solution helps organizations set and enforce data security policies. The solution gives customers the ability to drill down into files categorized by application and filter by sharing permissions, DLP violations, size, and timeframe associated with files. You can even drill down into an individual file and manually remediate or set policies for automated remediation by DLP violation and user group. Third-party apps or add-ons are unique to cloud services. Proofpoint CASB monitors third-party apps and automates policy controls for them. This video will navigate through the third-party section of the dashboard to demonstrate how customers are able to view the apps that users enable and how they are sorted by severity – the severity score is based on vendor reputation, what data the app is accessing, and other metadata. You can filter the list to look at critical apps and subscribe to a monthly report of alerts. You can also drill down further for information on each app, see the score and vendor for each app, read about the vendor and the data access permissions, and see who is using the app. This gives you the opportunity to decide whether this is an app you want to keep, remove, whitelist or blacklist, or create polices to revoke apps.
