A month has passed since the attack on Norion. Samus has finally awoken from a coma thanks to Dark Samus's attack, but she now has become a vessel to generate Phazon. Thankfully, the Federation has put a PED system onto Samus's suit, allowing her to contain and utilize this Phazon to enhance her abilities. With said PED Suit available to her now, her mission is to head to Bryyo, where a meteor similar to the one destroyed above Norion has landed and made its roots there.
