Here's a poor quality, overtly wordy video on working with the Game King hard drive to fix the following on the MAME emulators: Aspect ratio fix for vertical games Enabling cheats Enabling high score saving Simplifying configuration saving After you created the "hi" directory alter all mame.ini files to have this same line at the appropriate spot: hiscore_directory D:\filebak\cfgbak\game1\hi Change these two lines in each MAME install, each pointing to their appropriate place. Remember the line will be different for each folder! (The mame.ini in Game3's folder would be changed to game3\cfg, etc) cfg_directory D:\filebak\cfgbakd\game1\cfg nvram_directory D:\filebak\cfgbakd\game1
vram I forgot to mention it in the video, but there's a script in place for every time the Game King boots up and every time a new game is selected, the CFG and NVRAM files are overwritten by those on the D drive.
