The more you stare at the words the more you’ll be brought into trance. For this to work better I recommend you wear headphones, turn screen brightness up fully and be in a quiet dark room. The rapid flashing of strobes light will have an effect on your subconscious mind temporarily. But I do have to warn you that if you decide to watch this more than once and loop it the effects get more intense. Just want to make sure that you know before viewing this that if you have epilepsy I would recommend not watching but you can have the audio of the video turned on that way you don’t risk giving yourself a seizure.
